The registration fees include : - Access to all congress sessions and commercial exhibition - Delegates bag with the final programme - Abstract Book - Certificate of attendance - Coffee Breaks The advantages of becoming a Pax Society member are multiple : you will be listed in the Pax Society system, receive emails on important other meetings and of course be informed of the next PAX Society meeting. You will also regularly receive updated informations via an electronic newsletter. Please visit the Pax Society website : www.paxsociety.com REGISTRATION To register, there are two possibilities: - You can do your registration online (please click on the tab "Registration") - You can also download and complete the Registration Form and return it to: AGENCE MO 21, rue de la Varenne 63122 CEYRAT - FRANCE Cancellation policy Only written cancellations received by MO Organisation by August 18th, 2008at the latestwill qualify for 100% refund of the hotel deposit and registration fees. After this deadline no refund will be possible. All refunds will be processed after the congress. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE : English MEALS Free coffee breaks will be available during the meeting. It will be served in the Exhibition Hall. The cost of one box lunch is 15 €/person. COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION The exhibition will be opened every day from Thursday September 18 to Saturday September 20. Delegates will have the opportunity to meet representatives on their booth to discuss new developments and receive updated product information. INVITATION LETTER An official invitation letter can be sent to delegates who may need it to obtain visa on individual request. It does not constitute a commitment to provide any financial support for registration fees, travelling and staying expenses. INSURANCE The registration fees do not include insurance. Participants are advised to travel with valid personal travel insurance. GROUP REGISTRATION Special registration procedure applies for group registration. For the registration of more than 10 persons, please contact directly AGENCE MO : contact@agence-mo.com PAYMENT All payments must be made in Euro (because of high bank fees cheque will not be accepted) CONFIRMATION Confirmation and invoice are going to be sent to all participants by e-mail on receipt of the payment. SOCIAL PROGRAMME Gala dinner on Friday September 19, 2008 Departure directely from the Congress venue at the end of the conferences. Cost : 40 €/person  The Gala Dinner will take place at the European Volcanoes Park Vulcania. A walk accompanied by a local specialist guide, who will take you to the summit of one of the largest volcanoes in the region (Pariou, Goules…) for an enjoyable and informative discovery of the countryside and local geology.
