ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
All abstract submissions must be made via this website in English.
Each part of the abstract (Introduction, Material and Method, Result, Conclusion) can not comprise more than 650 characters.
Abstracts sent by post, fax or email will not be accepted.

PAX ABSTRACT PROCESS
All abstracts to VIIIth PAX Meeting are peer reviewed and may be assigned to one of the following session types :
- Oral presentation
- Poster presentation : This requires the author's presence at the poster for 1 hour.

If an abstract is not suitable for reproduction, notification will be sent to the presenting author's email address on May 23rd, 2008.

The abstract book will be handed out at the registration desk.

IMPORTANT : The presenting author (Oral Communication or Poster) must be registered for the congress.

INSTRUCTION FOR SPEAKERS
PowerPoint or PDF presentations are accepted on CD-ROM, DVD or USB keys. Version MS PowerPoint 2003 is recommended. Vista is not available. Double side, overhead projection and use of own laptops will not be available.

INSTRUCTION FOR POSTERS
Posters with a clearly presented heading including the title of the presentation, names of authors and their affiliation must fit the size of the poster board : 90cm wide x 120cm high. The letters use should be large enough to be read from a distance of 1.5 m.
On-site mini-posters (A4 format) are recommended.
